Answers To Common Questions

What payment types are accepted?

We currently accept all major US credit cards which include: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or debit cards with the Visa/MasterCard logo. We also accept PayPal. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, or international forms of payment including non-US credit cards.

How will l know that my order was received?

An order confirmation will appear as the last step in your order process. Shortly after, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with an order number and summary of your order.

How can l review my orders?

Once you have placed an order, you can review its status at any time under My Account Profile. To review past order history, go to My Account Profile then Order History. This screen will display all orders you have placed with KOEC Beauty and will include order numbers and confirmation dates.

How can l track my order?

Once an order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking information. You may also send an email to our Customer Service for assistance with tracking your order.

What is your exchange and return policy?

If you are unsatisfied with a product, you may return it within 30 days of purchase with your original receipt. We do not offer exchanges. Returns of overly used products will not be accepted. Shipping and handling fees are not included in refunds.


– Select the item(s) you wish to return, then print the return label and packing slip.

– Pack your item(s) in the original packaging if available. Please place the packing slip inside the package and securely attach the return shipping label to the outside.

– Drop off your return at a UPS location.– Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed and the refund (excluding the cost of return shipping) to be credited back to your original payment method.


We do not cover return shipping costs, and customers are required to select a courier service for returning products. For further details, please contact customer service.

Are KOEC products hypo-allergenic?

KOEC does not test for or claim that our products are hypoallergenic. If you have a specific allergy, please contact us or the KOEC Consumer Affairs department at

to determine if a product is suitable for use.

Are there any restrictions for using KOEC products, for instance when pregnant or on medication?

There are no specific restrictions for using our products. However, you should always consult your doctor for questions or concerns.

How can l get advice on which KOEC products are most suited to me?

For the most accurate recommendation of which products are most suited to your skin type, we recommend checking the information on our social media or consulting our customer service. Our social media content includes product usage effect demonstrations and ingredient explanations, allowing you to select the most suitable KOEC products based on your needs.To access KOEC’s social media pages, please select and navigate to any of the major social media platforms listed at the bottom of our website.

How do l register and sign in?

Registering on the site not only allows you to shop on the KOEC website, but also enables you to use our personalized features such as favorites and exclusive offers. Registered customers may also opt to be part of our KOEC mailing list. Returning customers who have already completed the registration process can simply sign in to access their existing account. You may access the registration / sign-in screen by clicking "My account" from the top navigation.

Have you changed your formulas or packaging?

Our formulas, ingredients and packaging are exactly the same; only our prices have changed,KOEC will never compromise on quality, efficacy or performance.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

Please note:Any dates provided on-site and in other marketing communications are to be used as guidance only. KOEC Beauty does not guarantee order delivery dates and is not responsible for carrier processing delays. All KOEC Beauty Shop orders are subject to processing and handling times; we will do our best to get your order processed as fast as possible and handed off to your chosen carrier.

Will I receive a confirmation after placing an order?

Yes. Upon checkout, we will send you an email containing a copy of your order details. This email serves as confirmation that your order has been successfully submitted.Should you have any questions about your order status, please contact a KOEC Customer Representative at

Can you ship to multiple addresses?

Currently, KOEC does not support sending to multiple addresses in one order. Please place the items in the basket that you wish to be sent to one location and send order. You may then proceed to send to another address by beginning the order process again.
