We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Our refund policy offers two options for eligible returns:
  1. 30% Partial Refund: You will receive a 30% refund of the item’s purchase price, and you may retain the item in your possession.
  2. Full Refund: You will receive a 100% refund of the item’s purchase price, but you are required to bear the return shipping fee in full and all associated gift item charges (if applicable).
To be eligible for either refund option, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right in accordance with our refund policy stated above.

Exceptions / non-returnable items


Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards, and no refund options will be applicable for these items.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item. All refund rules (30% partial refund with item retention or full refund with associated fees) apply prior to processing the new purchase.

European Union 14 day cooling off period


Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Our core refund policy still applies to EU orders: you may choose a 30% partial refund and retain the item, or a full refund with the responsibility of covering return shipping fees in full and gift item charges (if applicable). As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you by email once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if your chosen refund option has been approved or not.
  • For 30% partial refund requests: If approved, the 30% refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • For full refund requests: If approved, we will deduct the full return shipping fee and all gift item charges (if applicable) from the total purchase price first, and the remaining full refund amount will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account—this timeline is beyond our control.
